| The WV Honey Festival Twirling Championships is an annual event sponsored by the Rising Stars Baton Corp for the past 2 years. This 2 day event will be held on September 7th and 8th in Parkersburg, WV. The individual and group competition is held on Saturday, with a grand exhibition of the Championship winners the following day at the WV Honey Festival.
